About me

My name is Inna Koval

As the founder of Fabillion Bread, I bring a lifelong passion for food and a deep understanding of the culinary arts to every loaf of bread we create. My journey began with formal training as a baker and cook, leading to a 3 decade-long career as a chef and restaurant owner. Over the years, I developed a profound love for crafting delicious food that brings people together.

However, as time passed, I began to realize the importance of health in our daily lives and the hidden downsides of traditional bread. Many of the health issues we face—whether it's digestive discomfort, allergies, or energy imbalances—stem from poor dietary choices. This sparked my mission to create a healthier alternative to conventional bread, one that nourishes the body without compromising on flavor.

At Fabillion Bread, we focus on crafting bread that’s as wholesome as it is delicious. Our recipes are free from gluten, preservatives, yeast, and added sugars, making them ideal for:
